For all those who love cupcakes, this is a dream! It's by Sprinkles Cupcakes and is called 24-Hour Sprinkles. In the form of a vending machine that looks like an ATM! It's located in Beverly Hills where they will also be opening an ice cream shop! Here's a better explanation of it via LAist:
